These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times may vary with courier delays, and can differ between items in the same order depending on which supplier location they ship from.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment as it dispatches.

Shipping Issues

If part of your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows an issue, contact us at hello@lumiraskin.health with your order number and we'll help sort it out — including with the relevant supplier if needed.

 

International Shipping

Lumira Skin currently ships within Australia only. We don't yet offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding — check back here for updates, or email hello@lumiraskin.health if you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
