Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
